Our Policies

• Please show up to your apt on time or reschedule within 24 hrs. I offer a 5 min grace period, 10 mins late will result in a $10 late fee. If you are 15 mins late your apt will be canceled & charged as a cancellation.

• ANY canceled / rescheduled apts must have at least a 24 hr notice. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service price charged to the card on file. Deposit will be lost upon cancellation, new one required for new appt.

  • (Repeat offenders may be charged full price or banned from booking.)

• No Show Fee: Will be charged the remaining amount of the service to card on file. • Failure to pay no show fee with result in being blocked from booking future appts.

• Deposits: All deposits go towards appt total • Non retundable • 50% of appt total will be deposited to secure appt.
